Who is Bridal Blueprint?

At Bridal Blueprint, our story began the same way many love stories do—with excitement, big dreams, and a Pinterest board full of ideas. But as we began planning our own wedding, we quickly learned that wedding planning can be overwhelming, confusing, and incredibly expensive.

Like many couples, we felt pressure to have everything perfect. There were endless decisions to make, agreements filled with unfamiliar language, timelines to create, floor plans to design, and countless details to keep track of. Everywhere we turned, it felt like the only option was hiring a full-service wedding planner—an investment that can cost thousands of dollars.

We chose to hire a full-service planner because we thought it was what we needed. But throughout the process, we realized something important: we did not need someone to plan our wedding for us. What we truly needed was guidance, education, organization, and support when making decisions.

Many venues already include a day-of coordinator, but we quickly learned that there is a difference between venue coordination and wedding planning. While venue coordinators are invaluable in managing venue operations, they often are not there to review contracts, create floor plans, organize logistics, or guide couples through every planning decision. We found ourselves needing support long before wedding day arrived.

We wanted someone to explain agreements in plain language. We wanted help understanding what questions to ask vendors. We wanted assistance creating timelines and floor plans. Most importantly, we wanted confidence that we were making informed decisions without losing control of our own wedding.

That frustration became inspiration.

We created Bridal Blueprint because we believe there is a gap in the wedding industry between doing everything yourself and hiring a costly full-service planner. Couples deserve access to expert guidance without feeling pressured into services they may not actually need.
